The board held an in-person meeting at the NHC, agreeing to several actions:
- Seek proposals for funding projects
- Investigate trademarking the BJCP logo
- Increase communication with the exam directorate
- Investigate adding assistant regional representatives to the organizational structure
- Recruiting more web site help (content managers), expand the communications directorate based on skill gaps
