The BJCP rejected a proposal to terminate the BJCP’s relationship with outside counsel McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, to stop any legal actions associated with (1) attempting to recover funds from convicted felon William R. Slack and (2) participating in any subsequent legal proceedings regarding fulfillment of the imposed sentence on the aforementioned Mr. Slack.
