- IT Director Gordon Strong proposed a plan for rehosting the BJCP web site onto a commercial service, hiring a third-party site for designing the new web site, and migrating the content from the current web site to the new one
- President Gordon Strong introduced a motion to accept an offer of assistance from the AHA to provide electronic exam scanning and routing, and paying for expenses related to providing grader training, with the goal of increasing exam throughput
