The board discussed and rejected by consensus a member proposal to allow for 0.5 judging points and 0.5 stewarding points to be awarded on a single day for people who judge one session and steward another. Since one full judging point is awarded for that service today, and judging points are harder to obtain, it seemed like a step backwards. Judges can freely choose to steward a session and accept the single judging point for the single session that day, consistent with existing rules.
