In March of 2021, a talk given to GTA Brews “Toronto’s local homebrew club” (as well as Canada’s largest homebrew club!) a few months back by Victor North on the BJCP Style “Tropical Stouts”. The talk can be found here, on Youtube.
Victor North is a National judge from the Northeast region, and an educator with Niagara College Canada in the Brewmaster program.
